suppose 10000 items.
A insuff.. 10 r diefective.. not 100 percent sure

b insuff 1/10 of defective are defective, but we dont know how many are def ???

with both a and b we can answer c suff..
suppose 10000 items.
10 r diefective..
again 1/10th of 10 are missed by inspectors so 1 is again def

The answer is B.

Here we need to calculate the fraction. So we dont need the exact number. B clearly says 1/1000 are defective that means 1/1000 fraction of the items produced are detective.
