Weekend MBA and financial aid without co-signer

by A.J » Thu Mar 10, 2016 5:58 pm
Hello,

I got accepted to Ross (Go blue! :D ), but I am struggling with loan options. I am an international skilled worker working in the US (H1B), and have been living here for the past 6 years. I haven't had luck with the obvious no-cosigner option Prodigy, because they mentioned that since my habitual residence has been the US since the past 6 years, I don't qualify for their loan. In spite of my pleas that I am neither a citizen nor a permanent resident per immigration standards, I still got the iron hand from Prodigy!
Has anyone here been in a similar predicament and if so, how did you resolve it? Thoughts, suggestions, advises, please ! Any other no cosigner options that you are aware of?
