Do we prefer COMPARED WITH over COMPARED TO in GMAT?

D-compared with the reporting of- this means to compare reporting styles and not the figures, which is why it should be struck off
E-this is wordy and unnecessarily uses the possessive form, i.e. Republicans'..

There is no preference for compared to vs. compared with. They are used in different scenarios. Here is a good write up: https://grammarist.com/usage/compared-to ... ared-with/
