Done Private B.com from INDIA

Hello,
I am an Indian C.A (chartered accountant) and had done B.com in correspondence i.e., private.
Will there be any affect in getting B-school after writing GMAT since I was not the regular student of college done privately for the preparation of C.A.
Please suggest
