A question for students not experts

After lots of practice somehow I am able to approach a PS or DS type question in and around 2 minute time, however IR questions have been a different ball game. There are many questions I encounter which are written with such complex wordings, and so much of data involved I do not see a way to finish it in less than 4-5 minutes. Any body experienced the same, what has been your strategy to tackle this ?

I know the experts in this forum are supermen in disguise, how about the lay and mortals ?

What is with IR anyway?

Some of those questions take forever.

I am getting better, but I am considering taking the advice given toward the end of this lesson.

I sometimes feel the same. What I do (which is probably not a really good solution) is to try and keep the main message of the passage, and turn to the questions hoping to be able to POE some of the answers. I have encountered questions which, although being quite complicated, can be narrowed down quickly that way, and also have encountered questions that may become clearer when facing options.

If anyone has a better way, drop it here!
