Answer choice is between A and B as C and D have gramatical errors and E changes the overall meaning.

I think the answer would be A. Bcz here verb is near to the subject. Both A and b are grammatically correct ( I suppose).

The phrase "believing that the insight of professional...." should be placed beside the subject that it describes.
This phrase is not describing high level managers so A is not correct.
This phase is placed beside career switchers which it describes. So B is my choice.
