Hi,

Hoping you could give an idea of what I should expect.

-26 year old, hispanic, male
-720 GMAT
-3.3 undergrad GPA from top 15 public university (BS Accountancy)
-Worked for 4 out of 5 years, fraternity president
-Studied abroad in Spain for a semester (classes in Spanish)
-3.6 grad GPA (MS Accountancy)

-CPA w/ 3 years experience in Big 4 audit (currently a senior w/ strong ratings)
-Fluency in Spanish, conversational in Japanese
-Volunteer ESL teacher (last 2 years)
-Spent several summers in Japan and Colombia as a child

-Want to use MBA to transition into a job supporting economic development in Latin America (specifically Colombia)

-Target schools: Booth, Kellogg, IESE, LBS - open to other top programs

You sound like a strong applicant! Top MBA programs will like your great GMAT and dual international exposure. I'd love to see a clearer pattern of leadership, both in the workplace and in your current/university extracurricular involvements - I'm guessing there is more in your background than you mentioned. The one slight weakness is that 3.3 GPA; some schools expect higher undergraduate performance, so you may have some optional essays to write -- if you worked while in school, but still managed a high-profile fraternity role, that will help a good deal to alleviate any concerns. School choices seem about right for your profile, but of course I'm always happy to see a couple of "safer" schools in your list as well, just to round out your package.
