Issue in downloading GMATPrep Software. Kindly help.

Hi,

I am not able to download GMATPrep Free Software v 2.3.322 for Windows 7.On clicking the link, the browser shows Resolving Host & remains on the same Web Page, No popup comes up or any other dialog box opens. Kindly help me with this issue as I am not able to start with my preparation. I registered for GMAT Exam on 4th July, 2015.
Since then I have dropped around 10 mails to Customer Service but nobody reverted back with any solution. Please let me know if some other installation is required prior to downloading this software or what could be the possible issue.
