Calling applicants from non profit backgrounds

Hi, people from non-profit background, interested in pursuing MBA can introduce themselves here. I am from India, total WE 5 years, divided equally between for profit and non profit sectors. GRE: 321 planning to take GMAT. Planning to pursue MBA for career progression to senior management roles in international non-profits/ CSR or might consider transition to sales and marketing to BoP population (not decided fully).
Target schools: not decided yet, would decide after taking GMAT

What do business schools look for in applicants with non-profit backgrounds? I've been in the military and the nonprofit sector for most of my professional life.
