i go with C

n divided by 25 leaves remainder 13.

Statement 1 , n<100

hence n can be 13, 38, 63, 88.. insufficient

Statement 2. n when divided by 20 leaves remainder 3.

can be 3, 23, 43,63,83,103,123,143,163...............

both 63 and 163 when divided 25 leaves remainder 13.

hence insufficient

taking both ..we know n=63

hence c.

Hope that helps..
