Scoring very badly. Is there hope for me.

Hi,

Currently, I'm on day 12 of the 60-day study plan (13th edition) and I'm getting very demotivated due to my performance so far.
I'm only scoring about 30-40% correct. The only module I'm doing reasonably well for is arithmetics, with about 70% correct.

My base GMAT score was terrible as well. Just 410.

I've scheduled the gmat for March 17, and I have only one chance to re-schedule it before the university's registration period closes.
I need a 600+ on the GMAT.

At the moment, I do have the free time to study all day, but I'm still worried.

So, please tell me. Is it normal to score this badly on the 60-day plan?

What's normal? There are an infinite number of paths to GMAT success. So yours is starting this way. Ok. Now you just have to figure out what it's going to take to raise your score.

On quant, if you can do arithmetic you have a foundation. Now you need to build on that to develop your skills in handling more types of problems.

On verbal just keep learning concepts, be super careful and be ridiculously determined to get right answers. I recently posted my take on rocking verbal here. https://www.beatthegmat.com/an-alternati ... tml#739859
