I think B is sufficient:
Question Stem:
ZT < -3
Statement 2:
T < -4
Plug into Q-Stem:
-4Z < -3
Z > 12
Hence Z cannot be < 4 --> Suff
Statment 1 is insuff since we have no info on T.
Answer B. Correct me if Im wrong
