GMAT target score of 650

Hi,
My target score is 650,I was not in touch with books 4 long,few days back I had taken the test 4m GMAT prep and got 450.i want to give 4 hours each day and wish to take my scores to 650...what should be my strategy,and I have also started following the 60 days guide...can u suggest me some strong strategy...

Before I can offer any recommendations, I'd like to know a bit more about your studies so far:

1) When is your Official GMAT?
2) What GMAT resources do you have (so far)?
3) When you took the Test that you mentioned, was it the Official GMAT or a practice CAT Test?
4) What were your Scaled Scores for the Quant and Verbal sections on that Test?
