What do you know already? Have you tried many critical reasoning questions? Are you identifying the evidence and the conclusion when working with strengthen, weaken, and assumption questions?

See if you like learning with a video resource (everybody has a different way to learn best - by reading an instructional book, working with a tutor one-on-one or in a classroom setting, or using video resources). Once you discover the way you best learn, then "play to your strength" and practice with that kind of learning.
There are many free resources out there, but it often comes down to paying for one of them. Just make sure that you try before you buy!
