Hi,

I recently took the GMAT and unfortunately scored very low. I received a 460 total score. I didn't do well on the Quant section. (Q21) 8 Percentile and (V31) 61 Percentile. I also scored a 6 on Integrated Reasoning (67 percentile). Please evaluate my chances at Fordham's MBA program.

Ungraduate GPA: 3.28 BS-Finace(Smaller private university in NJ)

GMAT: 460 (Q21,V31,IR6)

Work Experience: 2 years at a large well known Financial Services firm (Recently got promoted to senior valuation associate)

Graduate Classes: I am currently enrolled in the Postbaccalaureate business program at Columbia University. I currently have a 3.3 GPA.

Thank you for your insight!

I have some discouraging news for you. Last year only 7% of applicants to Fordham GBA had GMAT scores below 500 and exactly none of them were offered admission (0%). I am afraid you will need to better your GMAT score fairly substantially to get in there. For example, about 70% of accepted students to GBA scored above a 600.
