Hey guys.....here is a problem i encountered on GMAT prep.......cannot make sense of it......help required....answer is B

Please search the question before posting.. this has been answered so many times..

anyways ..here how its done

if 20% of speeders don't get tickets, it means that 80% of speeders get tickets.

Therefore

10% = 80% of all speeders

1/10 = 4/5 (S)
1/10* 5/4 = S
5/40 = S
1/8 = S

1/8 means 12.5%
