Thanks for your post. In regards to your GMAT score, I do recommend you re-take the exam. The reason is, on your application your highest GMAT score is self-reported, which is why admissions teams will focus on your best score. There isn't any harm to taking the test again. The average scores of the programs you are considering are a fair amount higher than your current score.
