Hi,

I appeared for GMAT second time and even after trying my best, scored 490 only. I got 45-Q and 18-Verbal. In my first attempt last year, I got 540.

Can I go now GRE now as I find GRE much easier for me than GMAT?
Sending GRE scores again when GMAT Scores(both attempts -- by default : GMAC) already submitted to same BSCHOOLS, how Adcom is going to react??

I am having 6.5 years of Telecom and targeting schools like SMEAL, Texas A&M, Wisconsin Madison, NUS, BYU.

Please suggest !!

Thanks,
Rohit

Dear Rohit,

Be aware that not all schools may accept the GRE score. It is otherwise not an issue to score a GRE score after you've sent the GMAT score. Read here for a comparison between the two.

The other thing to consider is in case you did not take professional help, that too can sometimes help crack the code.

Hope this helps,

Cheers,

Another perspective is that more and more MBA schools are accepting the GRE. Here are two articles that might help you:
