The incorrect answers here all have obvious errors. I'll just mention the main ones--not all of them.

In B), the implication is that small companies are functioning "as large companies"--not the intended meaning.

In C), large companies are illogically being compared to a report.

In D), "at extremely low cost" is misplaced, implying that small companies grow up in such a fashion.

In E), the report is supposedly making a statement in the same way "as do large companies"--clearly not the intended meaning.

Some of the errors here almost make you wince, but oh, well--I guess no Bain, no gain.
