Based on your scores, it's clear that you have a strong Quant ability. While the percentiles for a Q46 and Q48 might not appear amazing, both of those Scaled Scores are at the high end of the range (most Test Takers max-out at Q49, while a small percentage can hit Q50 or higher). The Verbal section is where you're going to find your missing points. The V21 means that you're missing out on points in all 3 Verbal areas (SC, CR and RC). You'll need to learn the proper tactics to deal with each of those areas, then practice a lot. With those scores, it's also possible that you have a pacing problem in that section (and you're likely "guessing" too often).
What resources have you been using to study? You mentioned a Kaplan CAT, but did you purchase any books or Courses?
