1. What do you actually do for Ericsson India? Do you have any management experience? International experience? How is your promotion schedule? What are your great achievements?
2. Your idea to found an NGO is a great one, but for the moment I don't exactly get it. What is this NGO supposed to do? And where are you basing yourself from in terms of experience?

a) Ericsson India is a service company. I am presently assigned to Sprint, US Project. Apart from this, i am leading a team of 14-15 members and responsible for the development of their competency in the field of Cloud.

b) NGO will be based on providing treatment to people through Ayurvedic medicines, simple meditation and YOGA techniques. So, basic aim of NGO will be revival of traditional techniques of healing.

What i have seen that the average Work ex of students admitted at top schools is around 5yrs. But, i only have 1.5 years. Should i look at this as a positive sign, as i have decided my goal and targeting at an early age. Or it is other way round.

Hey Arpit,
Thanks for the answer. So first of all 1.5 years is too little. You could apply in Sept 2014 (which should give you 2 years by the time of application, and three by matriculation) It can be a wee bit on the low side (average is about 4/5), but if you are already leading such a big team that's not too bad!

I think you have some pretty interesting stuff in your profile (and your spiritual stuff is very interesting too! Makes for a more diverse application). I think Stanford is likely to be a bit of a stretch (but that's true for everybody, so don't look at that as a bad thing). Probably, your 'sweet spot' will be schools ranked about 10-25 (a bit approximate, but it should give you a rough idea).
