Mba accounting or associate degree in accounting??

Hi ,

I am an indian residing in usa on h4 visa. I have done masters degree in physics in 2007. I had 5 years of experience in service industry( office administration). Now i am interested in doing accounting programs in usa on h4. Since i already had done masters, do i need to study mba accounting or associate degree in accounts would be enough inorder to get job oppurtunies in accounting field. Kindly advice.
