I have completed my engineering in computer Science and have worked in a IT firm for about 2 years.
I would someday definitely want to end up in management field. But i feel i would need more experience for MBA.
I am thinking of doing my masters and then work for couple of years and then go for MBA once i feel i have had
enough of technical aspects.
I Dont hate the technical side,i just get this feeling someday i would not want to continue in technical and management
would be my choice.
What should i do ?
1. The plan above
2. Work for few more years without going for MS and go for MBA
3. 2-3 years of experience is sufficient and i should go for MBA
4. Any graduation/option which keeps both technical and management skills alive and help me choose one later. ?
