Hi,
You have a good profile. You have above average extra curricular activities than many people from India. GMAT is your weakest link but that can be addressed. I don't think it will be very difficult for you to get into Krannert. If you write average essays, you will get an interview call. You should aim high. If I were you, I would remove Krannert, Broad and Kelley from the list, retake GMAT, and apply to top 10 schools. You will do MBA only once in your life. Your business school brand matters a lot. An MBA from a top school opens up many doors. After your MBA, you might not like to pursue a career in SCM. A top business school can not only help you get into SCM but also give you a chance to explore other areas. Research shows a significant number of people from top schools change their careers after their MBAs. To be honest, even without a higher GMAT score, you can get into better schools than you listed if you can write good essays.
Don't just focus on schools with logistics/SCM specialization. You should definitely add MIT into your list. They have a super SCM program if that helps in your decision making process.

Good luck!
