Good References for Application Essays?

I know we all are busting our tails off trying to get the best scores we can for B School, but does anyone have good references in writing application/admission essays?

Are you talking about the essay review/ essay editing services?
Or are you talking about the references (the persons we know well & worked with us) which we could use in application package. ??
