Hi Rakesh,
Firstly, I have one good suggestion for you. Please save the screenshot image in JPEG format as it will take up much less size than the PNG image you have just uploaded. Its size is around 2 MB, whereas JPEG image size would be around 600 KB for this image. Just use the save as option and select JPEG format.
Also, you could use the free ocr converter available online to convert image to text.

Before looking at the options, I thought on this for a moment that more no. of tourists and equal amount of money collected in taxes is possible if other factors such as room price have stayed constant.
A is wrong because being aware does not mean that tourists will specifically go and stay in the hotels.
B is wrong because we are not here referring to other cities, but specifically to Midville.
C is correct because it states that the price of room was not higher last year than the year before.
D is wrong because it refers to the efforts went in publicizing Midville.
E is wrong because it compares spending on hotel accommodation with spending on meals, but the question only talks about hotel accommodation rates.
So, I would go with C.
