I wrote my GMAT today for the 5th time and score 680 (Q: 48, V: 34) . My first score was 580 then 620,640, 670 and now 680.

1. As I am targeting for INSEAD, LBA, Oxford, and Cambridge, not sure if this score would help. ( For IMD, I have been wait-listed )
2. Will the fifth attempt with not much improvement in my score be a major weakness?
3. Is it better to go ahead with the application process as I for INSEAD and Cambridge is in early October or should I retake my GMAT and improve my score

My profile is as follows
-I am an Indian female with 7.5 years of work experience in IT.
- My work expertise has been in Supply chain Management and Oracle database
-I have been living in Europe close to 3 years
-My extra curricular activity includes volunteer work at Amnesty (3 years) and member of Toastmaster club for 3 months now
- Bachelors in Engineering (Distinction, GPA comes around: 2.9)

Would be great to have suggestions on my chance of getting admitted to target school.
