Hi,

I was wondering if you could give me some feedback on my profile.

Indian
Undergraduation: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
GMAT : 700 V38 Q48 IR 6

I started off my career in 2005, along with many other of my contemporaries, in the Software Industry. I went from being a fresh face to having a team of mine with 4 people in 15 months. But somewhere along the way, I realized that this was not a career I wanted.

In 2006, I joined Maersk Line, which is part of the A.P.Moller-Maersk Group, as part of a 2 year trainee program. This meant that I worked different jobs in different functions and business untits every 6 months. I worked in functions such as customer service, sales, finance etc. This program also entailed that I travel to Copenhagen, Denmark every 6 months for educational courses such as basic investment, container business specific training etc. We were tutored by professors from Copenhagen Business School.

Once I graduated the program, I worked for Maersk Line India for 2 years. Post that, I moved to my current job in Maersk Line Denmark where i work on exciting projects on container vessels.

On the personal front, I love travelling and I have been to a number of countries in Europe, the Middle East and South East Asia. I have travelled to the US on work as well.
I love baking or cooking in general. I have certified as an Open Water Diver and am contemplating doing an advanced course by the end of the year. I am also planning to get a navigator's license to sail 30 footers in 2014.

My target schools are : INSEAD, IMD, ISB, IE Business School
