Dear Seema,

Your age is not a problem as long as you are comfortable being on the upper end of the experience/age range for traditional full-time programs. You are in range for most executive MBA programs if you have any interest in those programs instead.

What you choose to focus on in business school is really a decision for you to make. It would be best for you to figure out your career goals prior to applying for any graduate program.

Not all schools offer scholarships, and for those that do, how much the scholarship will cover varies quite a bit. If how much you receive in scholarship dollars matters most to you, then it is best to look at programs that are ranked outside the top 20 that will value your profile.

Good luck,
Lisa
