Profile Evaluation - 710 GMAT, 4+ years Start-up experience

Hello All,

I recently took my GMAT and scored 710 (Q50 (89%ile), V35 (75%ile)).

I have a Bachelors in Engineering from Anna University, India and a Masters from Arizona State. Following that I have 4+ years of all-around experience in a 10 people tech start-up which was successfully acquired. last year. My education were both average and not really outstanding. I have been doing Non Profit organization work for a long time now

My only concern is my GMAT AWA score, I scored 4/6.

I am planning to apply to the following schools:

Stanford
Harvard
INSEAD
London Buisness School

Please let me know if this a good choice? If not should I consider retaking my GMAT?

Your AWA is fine don't worry about that.
But it's very very hard to say whether you would have a chance at the schools you listed, because you didn't give any detail about what you did! Tell us more about the firm, how much it made, how big it was, who bought it and for how much, what you have done since then, what your goals are, what your GPA is and from which school!!!!! We need more info!
