Help required shortlist b schools Female/25/Exp 3 (this Sep)

Hey there

I am in the process of shortlisting b schools and here is a link to my profile:

GMAT Score: 710
GPA: 7.6 (on a scale of 10)
25, Female, India

Desired Specialization during MBA:
General Management with OBHR/Management and Organizations as core specialization.


Goals:
Within next 3-5 years after MBA - HR Consultant in Technology Industry. Location: USA or Europe regions
After 5 years - PhD in Organizational behavior

Desired B Schools:
Northwestern University: Kellogg
Emory University: Goizueta
Vanderbilt University: Owen
New York University: Stern


Could you help me categorize these schools as Safe, Reach, Stretch based on my GMAT and GPA. Also, if there are any other schools you'd like to suggest, I will be more than glad.

Hello there Preeti,
So as I understand it, you aren't applying NOW, but in a few years right?

Well, let's assume you progress in your job, and with your scores, I think that from your school list Kellogg is stretch, NYU between competitive and stretch, and Goizueta and Own should be competitive (so you are missing a safe school).

Since you are considering staying in the Tech industry you might also want to consider some schools that are known for their connections to the Tech industries, like Anderson, Tepper, Austin Georgia Tech (there are more, but this is a good start).
