GMAT score of 650 and experience of 12.7 yrs in IT industry

Hi, I took the test couple of days back and scored 650 ( Q 50 and V28 ). Below is my profile

1 Done BE with 78% ( Distinction). Good percentage in 10th and 12th.

2 12.7 yrs of experience in IT industry, including 6 yrs of onsite experience

3 Currently working as Senior Manager ( Middle management role).

I would like to move in Senior mgmt role. Please suggest me where can I apply and get admission to achieve my target? I am preferring India and then look for abroad. But you feel free to suggest your views on the location too. Your advise will help me to target the right college and secure admission.

Hi Meen,

You have a decent profile in terms of career progression within IT industry. When considering a B-school, look at a school that offers opportunities favoring tech careers, in terms of resources, peer group, location, and recruiters. If you are looking at India, IIMA PGPX, IIMB EPGP, IIMC PGPEX and ISB are great options for you. I guess the IIM's deadlines are already passed.

In the US, you can look at Tepper, UCLA, USC Marshall, UNC Chapel Hill, UTA McCombs.
