GMAT Focus

by smehmood » Sat Aug 16, 2008 4:33 am
Is it worth buying GMAT Focus questions?
Can someone who bought GMAT Focus and have already appeared for GMAT share his/her experience with GMAT Focus?
Is it better buying 1 set or 3 sets of GMAT Focus questions?
Can a group of ppl share the cost of GMAT Focus questions OR is it possible to purchase "used" GMAT Focus questions?
Thanks
M

Some info for GMAT Focus: https://www.mba.com/mba/TaketheGMAT

I've never used the materials myself, but I will assume that they are great since they are published from the makers of the GMAT. In terms of other members' perspectives of GMAT Focus, I recommend searching the archives of this site for previous discussion about these materials. Use the Google search feature at the top right of this page.

Good luck!

It has 24 questions (it's a diagnostic), and it's $65 for three tests or $25 for just one. It's great; I'd suggest you buy the set of three.

They say the questions are taken directly from past GMATs. At the same time, it's a CAT and so the questions are being drawn from a pretty large base. I didn't see repeat questions; I've gone through GMATPrep but haven't dug deep into the OG like some of you, so you might notice a few repeats that I didn't.

Their website says you can take up to four tests without seeing the diagnostic questions themselves repeated. I was able to take five such tests before I started seeing repeat questions.

Thanks again for replying Senator.

I would like to know one thing. From your post i understand that apart from the 24 questions (of each diagnostic), we can 4-5 take full tests with no repeats.

Did i get it right ??

Thanks a lot. I really appreciate your help.
