Please provide your valuable evaluation on my profile.

Nationality: Indian
Age: 32
Gender: Male
Marital Status: Married

GMAT Score: 650 (Q44, V35) [Awaiting AWA and IR Scoring]
[2 previous attempts 610 in May 2013 and 590 in Oct 2008]

Under-graduation: B.E
College/University: College of Engineering, Anna University, Chennai, India (among top 15 in India, if you care for rankings)
GPA: 7.9/10

High school: 95.33 (School topper and District rank holder)
Matriculation: 88.36% (School topper)

Work Experience:
11 years in IT Industry [2 promotions in the current role in the last 3 years]; Currently in a technology consulting role.
Employed in MNC companies like IBM, Fidelity Investments, Electronic Data Systems (now HP)
Have worked with customers in USA, UK, ASEAN and India
Hold several product certifications in RDBMS (Data Management) technologies - both DB2 and Oracle
IBM Certified IT Specialist - Expert in Data Management and hold Certification Review Board membership for mentoring, reviewing and interviewing other practioners in IBM.
I deliver Workshops on IBM technologies for IBM customers in India/ASEAN.

Publishing/Authoring:
I have co-authored IBM Redbook (IBM's technical e-books on proprietary technologies).
I have authored B.E academic curriculum on IBM Technologies for leading Universities in India and South Asia through an academic initiation of IBM
I have published technical articles in IBM developerWorks portal.

My aims: International Mobility , Career progress, Networking

Goals after graduation: Focus on IT Strategy, technology consulting.

Don't worry about your age. I have classmates who were older than you when they applied... it's totally doable. You just have to make a case for WHY B-SCHOOL NOW, essentially this late in your career. More importantly, why an MBA from THAT school is critical to you being successful. I think you have sane target schools. If you're not a career & industry switcher I don't necessarily foresee a problem. of course there's no way to tell 100% but your age won't take you out of the game.
My goal is to make MBA applicants take onus over their process.

Thanks for the response. Yes, I do have a very clear reason to convince why MBA NOW and why from these colleges. Yes, I aim to work in Technology industry post graduation.
