Hi Vinay1983,
In the future, please provide the answer choices for each question.

Lisa's salary is 33.33% more than Rachel's
I'm assuming that you mean 33.3333333(repeating)%
In other words, Lisa's salary is 1/3 more than Rachel's
Let's pick some numbers that fit this condition.
We'll say that Rachel's salary = $3, which means Lisa's salary = $4.

How much % is Rachel's less than Lisa's?
If Rachel's salary = $3 and Lisa's salary = $4, then Rachel's salary is $1 less than Lisa's salary of $4
In other words, Rachel's salary is 1/4 less than Lisa's salary.
1/4 = [spoiler]25%[/spoiler]
