Getting ready for the next year application

Hi All,
I am an IT guy, working in the large IT company Infosys for about 4 years. I don't have a GMAT score yet, so going to have to target the next year for GMAT.

I don't have have any activities or extra curricular activities that could help my profile. The aptitude shows in my work though.

What could be one activity that I can do this year so that it adds good value to my profile?
