My client from Deutsche Bank Equity Research Team in UK has promised a reference letter (hopefully it could be helpful)

Based on my profile which business schools should I target? Do I have a shot at schools like Wharton and Columbia? Where else can I apply?

I think Wharton and Columbia might be a stretch, but everyone should have a stretch school in the mix. You should likely apply to the gamut of Wall-street feeder schools such as Duke, Virginia, Tuck, Georgetown, even Owen and UNC Keenan Flagler send grads to work on the STreet. TRuthfully, any business school in the top 20 will get you access to a decent financial services job--particularly if you would be just as happy at regional banks. Don't get me wrong, you have some differentiators, such as consulting experience to go with having been an IB analyst. This likely has given you a broad perspective on the markets and will be appealing not only to b-schools, but also to potential employers. Figure out where you want to work geographically, then choose a handful of schools within an 8-hour drive of your target work market post MBA. You should have no problem getting into a top 20 school if your application is passionate and written in a compelling way.
