5) Active enthusiast of Blood Donation... (persuaded many team mates and friends to join friends2support.org and donate blood in case of need)

Positive's... as I presume...
1) Switched to Customer Relationship Management after 3.2 years in one technology... a risky step as if I did not succeeded in the latter, I would have been left in middle.. as the 2 technologies have no relation whatsoever to each other.. and could not have got back to former...
Stride forward to achieve what I felt right and excelled in it...
2) To switch... Aerospace Tech Developer -> Aerospace Tech Tester -> CRM Tech Tester -> CRM Tech Developer -> CRM Solution Designer/Architect & Analyst
3) Currently Holding System Designer/Achitect/Analyst position in less than 2 years of gaining experience... (position that demands/expects 7-8 years of exhaustive experience)... described as exceptional feat by current and previous managers..

Hi there,

Thanks for sharing your profile.

Overall you have the following going for you (strengths):

-slightly less common features to your profile such as CRM consultant and aerospace industry experience (though generally you still fit into a large/common applicant profile of Indian engineers with IT and analytical experience)
-strong extracurricular/involvements
-the progression you have shown as described in your profile
-some teamwork/management/leadership? experience
-personal interests if you are able to describe specific passions

Undefined/tbd areas and/or potential questions:

-GMAT... this would give you a better feel for what tier or school you could aim for, so difficult to suggest schools without an actual score unless you've solidly been scoring in a given range on full length CATs??
-accomplishments in your job to date? results and achievements are important to showcase
-could further define your goals just a bit more, though solid start
-essays/recommendations/interview

Overall you'll still need to work hard to stand out in the crowd of Indian engineer applicants, so you'll want to showcase and feature anything that makes you different (including CRM, aerospace, your extracurriculars and interests, experiences you'll bring to the program that are unique). Those essays will be key in showcasing any and all of those points!

For more advice on schools, let us know if you have specifics you are looking for in terms of geographic region, class size, class profiles, teaching philosophy, diversity, strengths, etc. A lot of the competitiveness can depend on the GMAT-- i.e. a 730 won't 'get you in', but a 650 or 600 could keep you out of certain ranges of schools for sure! ;)

Best of luck.
