Fifty days away from the test,I am stuck between 400 and 450

Hi,
I am in need of advice and help from you people. I have practiced the OG13's Quants, SC and CR. I am working on RC.I have taken Economist tutor's practice test, Hult GMAT practice test and a 800scorer's practice test. Before all this I took the Diagnostic test in OG 13. But my average score is 400. My maximum score in Quants is 33 and in verbal is 23.
My weakness :
1) Time management - I am unable to complete my test and I am doing guess work for the last 6 to 10 questions.
2)Data Sufficiency - I am unable to improve myself in this. Please help me with strategies and tips.
3)In SC and CR am able to drill down to the last two options. But always I choose the wrong option.
I am in a very frustrated state because I am stuck up with this score and I unable to move on.
Please guide how to move on. My test falls on Aug 17,2013.

First of all, 50 days is a long time. So, if you can devote sufficient time to preparing, your score will improve. Having said that, I typically suggest that students achieve their target score on at least 2 practices tests before they take the official test. So, be sure to take a practice test 8 or 9 days before your scheduled test. If you don't reach your target score, you should probably reschedule your test.

Timing is huge. In fact, it's almost as important as learning the actual concepts tested on the GMAT. I suggest that you use a Milestone Chart to keep you on track. This is covered in our free GMAT time management video at https://www.gmatprepnow.com/module/gener ... es?id=1244

Everyone struggles with Data Sufficiency (DS) questions at first. This question type is totally unique to the GMAT, so it's foreign territory. The "smart aleck" response to this would be to choose the option you feel is incorrect
First of all, you should take some solace in the fact that you're able to eliminate all but 2 of the answer choices. All I can suggest is that you carefully analyze instances when you chose the second-best answer choice and see if you can identify certain concepts that are tripping you up.
