The correct answer is B) but I need an explanation to better understnad why B is correct..... thanks

I think time and tense is tested in this problem.

What I dont understand is in the correct answer B) is....

"in what" is correct idiom? and there is no "and" between in which.....in what....?

you can use either which or when, existed is properly used as for past tense as compared to past perfect and more important thing redundant word currently which has the same meaning of "now".

It is really tough one,

The sc tests on two things- redundancy and idioms
"when" is used for a specific point of time, "in which" means "between start and end of two times frames"
Hence, when is wrong.
Using both "now" and "currently"/ "current will be redundant.

Hence correct answer is B
