Kaplan SC use of being

Hi,

Being is wrong on GMAT is what we know. But, Kaplan SC has a correct choice as being.

Pls see the following.

OA is B

I haven't read the question but just to refresh this concept,
The use of being is NOT always wrong. Being should be avoided/carefully used coz it may cause redundancy in the sentence structure.

Being is not incorrect everytime in GMAT...

Sometimes we dont have any other better option than it...

others contain any error
