Hey Guys,
I need some help / guidance!
I have written the GMAT three times with disastrous results. My goal is to achieve 700+ and apply to top ranked American schools. Below is my official GMAT scores from my three tries.
GMAT Official Exam #1 (March 2011): 640 (Q 44 / V34)
GMAT Official Exam #2 (May 2012): 620 (Q 48 / V 27)
GMAT Official Exam #3 (May 25, 2013): 600 (Q 44 / V 29)
Leading upto my Third official exam, I wrote 6 practice exams, 4 from MGMAT, and 2 official practice exams. The scores are indicated below. I am having a very hard time transferring my success on practice exams to the official exam. Can anyone help by suggesting what I am doing wrong or what I can possibly do different during the exam? I feel nervous during the exam, but not sure if that is accounting for such a steep drop off from practice exams to the official exam. I feel that I know the content, but I am unable to pinpoint what I am doing wrong. Any suggestion / help will be much appreciated. Also, I am wondering if I should attempt the GMAT one more time.
MGMAT CAT#1: 660 (Q45 / V 35)
MGMAT CAT#2: 730 (Q 45 / V 45)
MGMAT CAT31: 660 (Q 43 / V 37)
MGMAT CAT#4: 700 (Q 47 / V 39)
Official Practice exam #1: 720 (Q48 / V38)
Official Practice exam #2: 710 (Q 48 / V37)
