Are the emails supposed to arrive the same time each day?

Email 0 and email 1 both arrived around 2am so I would read them in the morning. When I woke up this morning, I was expecting email 2, but there wasn't anything in my inbox or spam folder. Is it normal that I don't have it at the same time? Or am I missing email 2?

Usually the emails should arrive at the same time each day. There must have been something wrong with the emailer today, but I just sent you the missing day.
