Hello All,

I gave the GMAT yesterday. Scored just a 600. I was expecting at least a 640. What surprised me more than ever was that I did pretty much ok in Verbal(35). But my Quants (37) have been disastrous!!

In my I practice tests, I got
720 on Princeton Online Free Test
660 on the GMAT Prep Test 1
640 on the GMAT Prep Test 2

I am so disappointed. Given the typical Indian/IT/5 years experience sector to which I belong to, I think my MBA dreams are pretty much down the drain.

Is there any decent school that I can even think of applying?
I don't know what to do.

There are plenty I'm sure. Just because a school isn't ranked in the Top 25 or something like that, doesn't mean its not a good school/program and that you won't find a good job afterwards. I received my undergraduate degree from a basically unranked public college and managed to do extremely well. I think its about putting in the work once you get to wherever you end up.

Also, I would be extremely happy with a 600. I take the GMAT on Saturday and if I end up with a 600 I'll be satisfied.
