Profile evaluation for MBA

Hi

please evaluate my profile and let me know what can i do to improve and increase my chances of acceptance.

Female- Indian
10th grade- 87.8%
12th grade- 83%
B.Tech - biotechnology - 80%

work exp- 2 years Software engineer TCS, 1 year business analyst Hewlett Packard
1 year planning to work full time with NGO

publications - 3

 Participated in GA-Ultimate Championship and GA-Esprit (2012).
 Worked as a volunteer in Agatsya Foundation and sponsored a child's education (2012).
 Worked as a supporting actor in a bollywood movie- Valentine's Night. (2011)
 Worked with deepashram (run by missionaries of charity brothers of Mother Teresa of Calcutta) in raising funds for mentally and physically challenged children and adults. (2010-2011)
 Worked with Sunnay foundation to provide education on etiquettes & hygiene to unprivileged children. (2010)
 Worked with Handicapped Children's Rehabilitation Association and helped the organization to raise funds for the handicapped and underprivileged.(2005-2009)
 Awarded the 1st position in poster making competition organized by Biotechnology and Bioinformatics Club, University Youth Club (2005).
 Worked as President Coordinator of Jaypee University Youth Club (JYC) in the following clubs :-1) art club 2) cultural club (2006-2008)
 Worked with HASTPA (Himalayan adventure sports and tourism promotion association) for the event MTB HIMACHAL- India's premier mountain cycling event- Worked with event development and event operations (2007).
 Participated in Robot making competition- Scrabeon'07 organized by the Robotics club of university (2007).
 Awarded 2nd position in Serendipity'06 Inter College Dance Competition organized by St.Bede's college, Shimla (23 September, 2006).
 Won the 1st position in Cambridge sculpture inter school competition and was awarded the best sculptures each year (1999-2003).
 Avid interest and associations in Social work and cycling and swimming.
