The question is: do you think you can do better? If I got a 700 on my first try, I would have gone again. The fact that it took me 3 tries to get 700 let me know my score was maxed out and comfortably in the middle 80% range of my target schools. I took it a 3rd time a year before applying, so even if I had time to take it again, I decided to live life instead.

630, 660 and 700 you have consistently improved your result that is very good to see.
Now there are two modes of action you can take If you believe you can score higher than 700 in your fourth attempt I would say go ahead because most of the better colleges in the USA have a requirement of 725-730 above scoring students.

The other one would be to get an admission on your third attempt marks as it may undermine your professional look towards your career as it looks like you just want to keep repeating your GMAT.

Now I leave it to you as you know what your priorities are in your life.

Better schools do not have a requirement of 725-730. 725 isn't even a score. I think people care way too much and put way too much emphasis on this test. 700 is in the top what, 90%? I would seriously consider working on other aspects of your application.

GMATOPHILIC- I think 700 is a very good score. How long did it take you to get there after the 600 score ? I sat for the exam yesterday and scored 600. I'd like to get to at least 650 but don't have much more time.
