I'm just beginning my research into MBA programs, and I plan on applying in 2-3 years. In my preliminary research, several schools stand out: Kellogg, Tuck, Fuqua, Haas, and Darden. The only thing that really concerns me at this point is my undergrad GPA of 2.98 from a top-10 public university. That was four years ago though, and I'm a completely different person now. What steps should I take to improve my changes at these top-tier programs? I've read about alternative transcripts, but does that improve my GPA or just show my ability? Any recommendations on where to take courses? Thanks for your help.
