730 50Q 39V 7IR 4.0AWA....Essay Rescore request

Just got my official score report and I am a little surprised with the AWA score. I am sure I did much better than 4.0.
This was my second attempt and in the first attempt I got 5.0 when I didn't write it too well.
How good an option is the essay rescore request?
And is it possible to send the rescore request online?
