Hi Gaurav --
You probably know that your profile is very common - lots of guys like you apply to bschool every year. With 7 years, you've got more than average work experience but you're still in range for most programs, particularly many of the shorter ones. How the schools respond to your profile will depend largely on how you present your background, with stories of leadership and impact in the essays. The only school in Asia that EssaySnark is deeply familiar with is the obvious one: ISB. INSEAD also has a Singapore campus and is much more international in flavor.
Many schools (especially ISB) would need to see an impressive GMAT score, given your profile, or else you'll have to be differentiated in some significant way through the work experience or perhaps community involvement. There's a bunch of other schools too obviously and we don't mean to limit the conversation just to the ISB but it's the only one we've got experience with with our clients. You can start with the rankings lists such as FT - they have a cool feature to view schools on a map:

Doing your own on-the-ground research will be important - visit the schools if you can - reach out and talk to students and alumni. That's the best way to know if a school is a good fit for you or not.
We talk about the pros and cons of the 1 year MB,A and the challenges of the Indian IT candidate, and how to approach your apps as an older candidate, on our blahg - here's a couple posts to start with:

It sounds like you're just starting out the process so have fun with it!
