Well if you are planning on staying within the Chicago area, you have pretty much covered all the schools in that area, and you need simply to apply to all of them. If you really don't want to take the GMAT, you can try and get that waived, which is possible for EMBA programs in many cases (I know for Booth it's possible) and you just need to prove enough managerial experience, plus sufficient quantitative skills. (Contact each school separately regarding this)
Otherwise your profile looks very nice - very full (as even for EMBA programs you will be on the older side)
Storywise, I'd say that the most important thing for you is that your story make sense (Esp. why you are applying now, and what you hope to get out of it, and how it will advance you), and if you can build a good narrative that is full of passion that would be awesome as well.
